Grading
Preparation for asphalt or concrete includes: backhoe work, demolition of old asphalt/concrete, installing gravel and base rock, including rock delivery and compaction. We also offer rock only roadways.
Asphalt
We offer three sizes and two different types of asphalt. The sizes can be 3/8", 1/2", or 3/4". The different types are A/C or rake asphalt. A/C asphalt has more of a grainy and rocky look and the rake asphalt has a smoother more sandy finish. In new paving projects we install a minimum of 3 inches compacted. We also do patchwork for smaller or larger jobs.
Sealcoating
Our sealcoat services provide integrity restoration for old asphalt, crack repair, and an overall smooth finish. We use steel guard asphalt emulsion.
